We have certified engineers and official status of business partner of our vendors.
We implement new technologies along with complex support for the Customer, which includes:
• providing register of Customer’s existing network infrastructure – telecommunication audits, evaluation of network’s readiness for migration to IP telephony,
• creating the framing of telecommunication systems and business processes as well as applications (Call Centres),
• optimization of chosen technological solution based on Customer’s needs and point of view,
• detailed technical project of the system,
• support in selecting telecommunication carrier (ISP) and all arrangements concerning carrier connections,
• installations of active devices and integration of the system with Customer’s infrastructure,
• activation of computer applications and their integration (IVR, CTI, Contact Centres, VoIP Recorders),
• development concerning specific communication needs not available in standard applications (designing and programming applications),
• maintenance of the system – required by the Customer and satisfying SLA, remote and on the spot support,
• option of outsourcing in managing Customer’s PBX systems,
• broad legal and formal help in gaining EU grant for implementing the system,
• if necessary, we also provide physical infrastructure (fibre-optic or radio) connecting Customer’s locations and particular elements of the system.
